Nil: I'm doing a ten-kilometer run for charIty next week, and I'm looking for sponsor.

Gerard: That's very good, Nil. What's it for?

Nil: It's for a children's charity

Gerard: And when are you running?

Nil: I'm running next Wednesday. I'm hoping to raise about 150€. Will you sponsor me?

Gerard: Yes, Ok. It sound like good cause. I hope you finish it!

Nil: I'm going to try! Some friends are going to do it too

Gerard Yes, one or two. Have you?

Nil No.What about this one? Is it any good?

Gerard I'd only recommend that if you like really bad musicals.

Nil No, I don't  fancy that.

Gerard Here you are. You might prefer this.

Nil What's that? Mission to Planet Q? No, i'm not a bi fan of science fiction. I'd prefer a comedy.

Gerard A comedy...er...OK,well, try this one. It's got a really funny plot. I think you'll like it.

WRITING UNIT 6: WRITE AN OPINION ESSAY

Are you in favour of facebook or against them?
Since it was invented facebook, communication with friends much better, was easier.
In my opinion I think that facebook would not be removed, because as I said it is a good place to communicate with friends and watch the news. First if you allow your homework in school can request that you pass. Secondly I do not have to spend money on phone. Finally many people get mad if closed the facebook.
So all in all, I think that it's a good thing to have a page so useful.

Gerard: Well, I've just got this nasty text message from a guy in my class. What should I do, Nil?

Nil: Well, whatever you do, don't reply. That's for sure.

Gerard: Right.

Nil: And I think you should show it to your teacher.

Gerard: Are you sure ?

Nil: Yes, definetly. Don't worry, I'm sure everything will be OK.

Nil: Oh, yes, I've just auditioned for a band.

Martí: Really? Tell me about it. What happened?

Nil: Well, it was really good. There were five or six other people there, but I think that they liked me beast. 

Martí: That's good news. I'm glad to hear it. I hope it works out well for you.

Nil: We'll see. What about you? How have been?

Martí:  Well, we've got enough drink, but tere isn't too much food.

Nil:  Shall I get some hot dog or something? There's a show near here

Martí:  Would you mind ?

Nil:  No, That's fine

Martí:  Thanks, Nil. Could you get some bread too ? And we need some dishes.
